Cancellation policy

 Cancellation by the guest

 Guests may cancel their booking before the start of their stay. The time the cancellation is received by the landlord shall determine when it takes effect.

The following cancellation terms apply:

Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation.

29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.

14 days or less before arrival, and in case of a no-show: 100% of the agreed total price.

Cancellation by the landlord

If, in exceptional circumstances, unforeseen events prevent us from making the holiday apartment available, any payments already made for the affected booking will of course be refunded in full. Any further statutory rights remain unaffected.
